Men's pelvic health
Regain control, rebuild confidence — without taboo.
Continence after prostate surgery, sexual health, pelvic tension and discomfort: clear, respectful support for men, online, where serious matters are discussed simply.
Is this for you?
These topics are rarely discussed, which is a shame: they affect a great many men. If one of these situations speaks to you, you are not alone.
- You have urine leaks, especially after prostate surgery.
- You’re recovering from a prostatectomy and want to regain continence and confidence.
- You feel tension, pain or discomfort around the perineum or lower abdomen.
- Your sexual health has changed and you’d like to talk to someone about it, without embarrassment.
- You have frequent urgency or difficulty fully emptying your bladder.
- You’ve been advised to do “pelvic-floor rehabilitation” and aren’t sure what that actually means.
- You want clear, factual and respectful support, far from forums and received ideas.
The care
Pelvic care designed for men
Strengthening when needed, releasing when necessary: a balanced pelvic floor is the key to continence, comfort and sexual health.
-
Continence & control
Targeted pelvic-floor work to reduce leaks and regain control, particularly in the aftermath of prostate surgery.
-
Sexual health
A space to discuss changes in sexual function with clear explanations and concrete avenues, with full respect for your experience.
-
Releasing tension
Learning to relax an over-tight pelvic floor as much as to strengthen it: pain, urgency and discomfort often come from imbalance, not a lack of strength.
An online session
How a video consultation works
From home, in full discretion. No waiting room, no intrusive exam — a helpful conversation, clear explanations and concrete exercises.
-
Confidential conversation
We review your history, any surgery, your symptoms and your goals. You lead the conversation; nothing is imposed, nothing is judged.
-
Guided learning
Through video, I explain and guide you to locate and activate your pelvic floor — with no internal exam, from home, in full discretion.
-
Programme to follow
You leave with precise, easy-to-integrate exercises and regular follow-up to measure progress and adjust together.
Regaining continence and confidence after prostate surgery often takes a few weeks of regular work — and simply talking about it already changes a great deal.
Your questions
What people often ask me
Is pelvic-floor rehabilitation really for men too?
Absolutely. Men also have a pelvic floor that supports the bladder and contributes to continence and sexual function. Male pelvic rehabilitation is well recognised, particularly after prostate surgery, and works very well remotely.
After my prostatectomy, will I really regain continence?
Many men noticeably improve their continence through regular, well-guided pelvic-floor work. Every journey is different: I support you on the learning and follow-up, with no guaranteed figures, alongside your doctor’s care.
I find it awkward to bring up my sexual health. Do I have to?
Not at all. We only talk about what you choose to raise, at your pace and in simple words. Many men are relieved to finally ask their questions to someone calm and factual. It’s a safe, judgment-free space.
Is a video session serious enough for this kind of topic?
Yes. Most of the support rests on explanation, awareness and guided exercises — which work perfectly over video, in full confidentiality. This is information and support that complements, and does not replace, your medical care.
How many sessions should I plan for?
It depends on your situation, particularly the post-operative context. As a rough guide, many men notice progress within 4 to 8 sessions spread over time. We always adapt the pace to your needs.
