Pregnancy & postpartum
Experience your pregnancy and the time after birth more calmly.
Preparing your pelvic floor, recovering gently after birth and rebuilding confidence in a body that has changed — caring support, online, at your own pace.
Is this for you?
If you recognise yourself in one of these situations, you’re in the right place. None of them is trivial, and none should be endured in silence.
- You are expecting a baby and want to prepare your pelvic floor for birth.
- You feel lower-back, pelvic or heaviness discomfort in late pregnancy.
- Since giving birth, you leak urine when coughing, laughing or lifting your child.
- You feel a sense of “heaviness” or looseness in your lower abdomen.
- Your abdominal wall feels stretched (diastasis) and you don’t know where to start.
- Returning to a calm, comfortable intimacy after birth is on your mind.
- You feel a little alone facing a body that has changed, and you’re looking for reliable guidance.
The care
Before, during and after: continuous support
The body goes through a lot in just a few months. The goal isn’t to “go back to before”, but to rebuild solid, comfortable support, step by step.
-
Before birth
Pelvic-floor preparation, breathing and posture to live your pregnancy more comfortably and approach birth with concrete tools.
-
After birth
Gentle recovery: reconnecting the pelvic floor and breathing, managing diastasis, rebuilding solid support before any return to effort.
-
At your pace
No performance expected. We start exactly where you are — with a newborn in your arms if needed — and the exercises adapt to your daily life.
An online session
How a video consultation works
From home, in full privacy. No waiting room, no travelling with a newborn — just a helpful, reassuring conversation.
-
Conversation & listening
We begin by reviewing your pregnancy or postpartum, your sensations and your goals. Nothing is taboo, everything is confidential.
-
Guided assessment
Through video, I guide you to observe your breathing, posture and pelvic-floor activation — with no internal examination. You stay home, at ease.
-
Personalised plan
You leave with a few simple exercises tailored to your day, plus follow-up so we can adjust together over the weeks.
Regaining a toned pelvic floor, comfortable support and confidence in your body usually takes a few weeks of regular work — not years.
Your questions
What people often ask me
Can pelvic-floor work really be done remotely, without a physical exam?
Yes. Pelvic-perineal rehabilitation relies largely on awareness, breathing and movement — all of which work very well over video, with precise guidance. This care focuses on information, learning and follow-up; it does not replace an examination or a medical diagnosis when one is needed.
How soon after giving birth can I start?
We can talk very early, from the immediate postpartum, for gentle recovery and breathing advice. More active work is introduced gradually, respecting your healing and the guidance of your doctor or midwife.
I’ve had urine leaks since giving birth. Is that normal and permanent?
Leaks after birth are common, but they are not something to accept in silence. Tailored pelvic-floor work often helps restore comfort. Talking about it is already moving forward.
It’s hard to imagine discussing my intimacy or sexuality after baby. How does that work?
It’s a very common — and completely valid — concern. We only talk about it if you wish, with simple words and no judgment. Resuming intimacy after birth is a full part of caring for your pelvic health.
How many sessions should I plan for?
It depends on your situation and goals. As a rough guide, many people notice progress within 4 to 8 sessions spread over time. We always adjust together, with no rigid commitment.
