All sessions take place online (video consultation), wherever you are.

- A longer time to get to know each other, understand your situation and lay the foundations of your care.

- Subsequent sessions
- A reduced rate to anchor progress over time, once your follow-up is established.

Rates are shown in Swiss francs (CHF), per session. The exact duration is confirmed when booking.
Access to care

Pelvic health should never be a matter of budget. If the rate is a barrier, let’s talk: arrangements exist.

Terms
Payment & cancellation
Payment methods
Payment is made by bank transfer or TWINT, after each session. Payment details are shared when your appointment is confirmed. You receive a confirmation for each payment.
Cancellation policy
Life is unpredictable — I understand that. A session can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. Beyond that, the session may be charged, except in cases of force majeure, which we’ll discuss together. The aim is never to penalise, but to protect a time reserved just for you.
Reimbursement
Coverage & insurance
Sessions are not covered by basic health insurance (LAMal). This support falls under information and coaching in pelvic health, not a reimbursed medical procedure.
Depending on your contract, some supplementary insurance plans may contribute to wellness or coaching services. I invite you to check the conditions with your provider. On request, I can give you a detailed invoice to submit to your insurer.
