居場所 · making your body a place where you feel you belong

Hello, I’m Anna.

Therapist and coach in pelvic-perineal and sexocorporel health. I support — remotely — anyone who wishes to regain comfort, confidence and freedom in their body, with gentleness and without judgment.

Who I am

A reassuring presence, wherever you are

I deeply believe that pelvic and intimate health deserves the same attention, the same rigour and the same kindness as any other aspect of care. These topics are often kept silent, sometimes loaded with shame — yet so many people experience them.

I’ve chosen to practise 100 % through online consultations, from Switzerland, Japan or while travelling. This freedom lets me support you wherever you are, in the comfort of your own space, with no need to commute. Distance takes nothing away from the quality of listening — on the contrary, it often opens a freer space to speak.

My role is to inform and support: I share concrete tools, tailored exercises and a calm perspective on your situation. This is never a medical diagnosis or treatment, but a path we build together, at your own pace.

My background

Continuous training, in service of your confidence

Pelvic and sexual health keeps evolving: I train regularly to offer you care that is up to date, precise and deeply human.

  1. 2014 — Physiotherapy — Bachelor

Initial training in physiotherapy, with an early focus on women’s health and functional rehabilitation.

  2. 2017 — Pelvic-perineal specialisation

Postgraduate training in perineal and pelvic rehabilitation: pre- and postpartum, functional disorders, men’s care.

  3. 2020 — Prenatal nutrition

Certification in pregnancy and postpartum nutrition, for care that connects body, food and energy.

  4. In progress — Sexology — sexocorporel approach

Diploma in sexology following the sexocorporel approach, to address sexual health with accuracy, gentleness and without taboo.

My approach

Science-based, gentle and holistic

Three principles that guide every one of my sessions.

  • Science-based

Every piece of advice draws on pelvic-perineal physiotherapy and current knowledge, explained in plain words.

  • Gentle

We move at your pace, with respect for your story and your comfort. No judgment, no pressure — ever.

  • Holistic

Body, breath, movement and intimacy are connected: we care for the whole, not just a single symptom.

居場所 · ibasho

Why “ibasho”

Ibasho (居場所) is a Japanese word for “the place where you feel you belong, where you are fully yourself”. I have a strong personal connection with Japan, its culture of attentive care and its way of honouring simple things.

This name carries my promise: to create a safe, warm space for you, where talking about intimate matters becomes possible. A place where your body becomes a welcoming home again — your ibasho.

My signature

Deeply human support

Outside sessions, I love movement in all its forms, conscious breathing and the simple moments that reconnect us to our bodies. These values — balance, gentleness and grounding — are what I bring to every session.

A caring, inclusive space. Whatever your gender, orientation, story or body, you belong here. The care I offer is resolutely inclusive and LGBTQIA+ friendly.

Let’s get to know each other

The best way to find out if we’re a good fit is simply to talk. Book a session or message me on WhatsApp.
